Ainsworth: Business As Usual Over Summer Recess Print

As Parliament breaks up for Summer Recess, East Surrey MP Peter Ainsworth is keen to stress that it will be ‘business as usual’ in his office.

The House will rise on 21 st June and return on 12 th October.

Mr Ainsworth said:

“There is sometimes a misconception that Members of Parliament get the whole of Summer off, but this really isn’t the case; it will be business as usual in my office, with both myself and my staff being available to help in any way we can.

“Apart from a two week holiday I am taking with my family, I will be available right through the Summer. If there is anything I can do to help, please do get in touch either by post, email, or fax.”
